If you wish to have a T-shirt or patch shipped to you, order
it on the form above and tell us here that you wish to have it
shipped, which size it is, how many you want shipped, and add
$3.50 for the first shirt and $2.00 for each additional shirt.
The same process applies for patches, adding 60 cents shipping
for the first patch, and 30 cents for each for any additional.
