NARAM-48 Sport Launch Expanded to 2 Days!

NARAM-48 Contest Director Matt Steele is pleased to announce that the NARAM Sport

Launch has been substantially expanded, due to the generous assistance of the Southern

Arizona Rocketry Association (SARA, NAR Section 545). SARA has assumed the

responsibilities for all sport launch activities for NARAM.  Latest plans included a

Saturday and Sunday morning sport launches, as well as a 6:30 -10:00 PM evening/night

launch on Saturday night. Fun events planned included “Big Daddy Duration” a 50 model

mass launch, and the Aerotech altitude contest for “F”, “H” and “K” classes (with some

added restrictions to keep within the FAA wavier). High power motor dealers Just

Rockets and Polecat Aerospace both plan on attending to provide flyers with access to

motors.
